The ptosis repair looks to have given you a good lid margin - where your eyelids cross your pupil, but the excess skin and multiple folds in your upper eyelids remain. During an incisional Asian blepharoplasty the excess skin can be removed, and the weak connections between the skin and tarsal plate divided (which are creating multiple folds). A single, crisp crease can then be created using absorbable sutures to anchor the new crease, creating a more open, symmetric and brighter crease.

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. Your eyelids look quite good now following your ptosis repair. It is not worth the risk of trying to correct those minor issues you point out. I hope this helps.

It seems like you would like to have mono crease line and get rid of the heavy eyelid skin which covers right above your eyelash line.
We can fix your concern by1. Incisional double eyelid+ptosis correction These can make a single crease as while adjusting the height of your double eyelids.
To be more accurate, we have to see both eyes in the front as well as opened and closed pictures.
