Hello, I am a young early 20 years old female who had a mullerectomy done for my ptosis on both upper eyelids. I have a difficult time finding doctors who could help me with both my eyelids because it has multiple problems that has been bothering me my whole life. 1) it has multiple creases on both eyes. 2) it is assymetric. and 3) the lids overlap on top of both my upper lash line but I already have a main crease (overlap over the lash line like a mono lid)

Thank you for your question. In your case I would recommend doing a full incision method of double eyelid surgery instead if far medial and lateral incision. It would result in natural-looking fold and the scar will not be visible.
