Remove non-incisional buried suture double eyelids (Photo)

It is possible to remove the suture then do the blepharoplasty surgery. Can you send us a pre-op photo and what you hope to achieve?

The best thing to do may be to remove the suture and do an incisional type double eyelid procedure. That incisional type heals well and tends to look much better in the long run. Plus, it is more natural when your eyes are closed. We do a lot of these and they are done under local anesthesia right in the office.

It seems that there are mongolian folds you have. You don't need to remove the double eyelid sutures. Besides that it's better to get epicanthoplasty to remove the fold then it will look much better! If you have further questions then please let me know. Thank you!
