Should I go with partial or full incision? (photos)

Hello, I’m planning on getting double eyelid surgery to make my eyes a little more symmetrical. I’ve never had any procedures done to my eyes and have never taped them. I am interested in full and partial incisions but I’m not sure which one would be best in my case. Can someone give their inputs?
