It looks like you have a small amount droopy eyelid. Lifting the lid up with a small blepharoplasty would give you a spectacular result. Good luck.

Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for a "full" bilateral upper blepharoplasty to create a more symmetric crease. Hello, hope you are well. I generally recommend a complete/'full' incision for a few reasons. Most importantly, it gives better access and thus better control and better outcomes for your surgeon. Next the shape of the crease and the design has more precision with a complete incision. Lastly, it may seem counterintuitive, but many argue a complete incision looks less conspicuous when it heals.

Thank you for your question. In your case I would recommend doing a full incision method of double eyelid surgery instead if far medial and lateral incision. It would result in natural-looking fold and the scar will not be visible.

You have excess skin and asymmetry which is best corrected with the full incision approach. It allows better visualization and has less chance of recurrence/failure. Please visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
