I had incisional double eyelid surgery 4 months ago. I asked for a natural crease height, but the crease (especially the right side) is way too high. It's also way too deep and looks extremely unnatural and unflattering. Is it possible to lower the eyelid crease and make it more shallow? The surgeon unfortunately removed a lot of skin already... my eyebrows are too close to my eyes now — can that also be fixed through revision by lowering the crease?

Thank you for your question. In your case I would recommend doing a full incision method of double eyelid surgery instead if far medial and lateral incision. It would result in natural-looking fold and the scar will not be visible.
