I am a 40 y/0 wanting a BBL, TT, BL, Lipo of back, arms inner thighs. Looking to have this after my bariatric (gastric sleeve) surgery in March 2015. How soon after that surgery should I have the aforementioned procedures done. Please advise.

Once your weight loss has plateaued after your gastric sleeve, then you should wait about six to nine months before having any type of mommy makeover (breast lift/tummy tuck). Once the weight loss begins to slow down after the gastric sleeve, you can begin to consult with a few plastic surgeons to have an idea of which procedures would be best for your particular anatomy.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

Most Board Certified Plastic Surgeons would like their patients to be about their goal weight before surgery. One would rather not operate on someone, have them lose 100 lbs., and then have to do that operation again.  There is a significant increase in complications in heavier patients.  This includes a very high increase in the wounds, (that will be on tension in a Mommy Makeover), falling apart.  Each Plastic Surgeon has their own "window" where they feel comfortable enough operating.  Talk to your Plastic Surgeon.  Together you will make a safe plan.

Congratulations on deciding to undergo a weight loss procedure.  Your weight should be stable for 6 months, meaning that you have lost all the weight you are going to lose from the procedure. So if it takes 6-9 months for you to lose all the weight you are going to lose, you are looking at 12-18 months before you begin with the procedures that are common after massive weight loss. Congratulations on your decision to move forward! Your timeframe for surgery really depends on your progress and recovery after bariatric surgery.  There is no specific timeframe since everyone recovers at their own pace.Some things to consider:1) You will want to reach a goal weight where you are comfortable, that is healthy, and one that you are able to maintain.  You will need to be steady at this goal weight for about 6 months before considering body contouring.  If you rush the body contouring, you are likely to compromise your final results.2) Vitamin deficiencies are very common after bariatric surgery, especially iron deficiency.  You will want to make sure you follow your bariatric surgeon's advice carefully after your procedure, including any supplements they ask you to take.  A vitamin deficiency can decrease your body's ability to heal after body contouring, which can cause complications such as open wounds and delayed healing.  Body contouring incisions can be very long, so it is important to stay healthy!Good luck to you!

I do not think you understand the bariatric weight loss surgery concept? The reason to have the 'gastric sleeve' operation is to lose weight! So you need to decide upon the amount of weight loss you need or desire. Appears to be at least 100 pounds from the posted photos. Well that takes time, like months for the actual weight loss and than to stabilize at the desired weight... Than you research for a boarded surgeon to do the cosmetic surgeries for you.
