Is light sex/oral sex okay almost 4 weeks post op tummy tuck w/out muscle repair and a breast reduction?

You sound to be doing extremely well from your surgery. Most people take longer to recover. I would check with your surgeon about sex at this point. You don't want any oral fluids around open wound sites and any pain from sexual encounters. Realize it takes 6 months to a year for full healing to occur.

Congratulations on your surgery!  It sounds like your are doing pretty well from both of your procedures. It’s not uncommon to have some minor wound healing issues after either of those surgeries. I think that you are probably ok to have sex at 4 weeks postop but it’s always best to check with your plastic surgeon who operated on you. Each surgeon has his/her own postop regimen and recommendations. I usually tell my patients that they will look good before they are “user friendly”!!  Best wishes

Healthy Question!  4 weeks should be enough time to recover from your particular surgery to resume normal activities, including light sex.  However, first check with your surgeon who has more knowledge about your particular situation.  Good luck!

Congratulations on having undergone the tummy tuck procedure. Your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource when it comes to specific instructions in regards to returning to activities. 
 Having said the above, it is unlikely that "light sexual activity" would cause a problem.
Generally speaking, best  to limit strenuous activity for at least 4 weeks after tummy surgery, assuming you are doing well and there have been no complications. Concerns would include an increase in heart rate and the potential for bleeding. Muscle spasm may be painful. Obviously, significant pressure on the surgical site is not a good idea either. It is not uncommon for patients to report increased swelling that occurs after vigorous exercise (including sexual activity), even several months after tummy tuck surgery. 
Generally, care should be taken during the first two weeks after surgery not to allow for elevation of heart rate, blood pressure, and/or direct trauma/contact to the chest wall. Generally speaking, most my patients are able to return to lower body exercise at the 2 week post operative mark, wait to lift/run for about 4 to 6 weeks after surgery.   
In other words, start slow and "listen to your body" as you gradually progress in intensity/duration of all activities including sex and exercise. Best wishes.

This question is best answered by your surgeon as he/she is most familiar with the details of your surgery and how you've been progressing through recovery.  Since you didn't have muscle repair it should probably be ok but your surgeon will be able to provide the best advice for you.
