I am not ready for a full facelift or necklift, but I really need help. I am obsessed with my neck!I have a platysmal band and/or some loose skin under my chin. I hate my profile. I am 43, and I've already been treated with infinite, and Botox. Both helped a little,

For patients who are younger and have good skin contour like you, I'm often able to solve this problem with the use of Botox injections.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified.  I've attached a link where you can start your search.

Fillers are being used more frequently to contour and lift rather than solely line fill.
