I am not ready for a full facelift or necklift, but I really need help. I am obsessed with my neck!I have a platysmal band and/or some loose skin under my chin. I hate my profile. I am 43, and I've already been treated with infinite, and Botox. Both helped a little,

if you don't want a facelift or neck lift, you could benefit from an isolated submental procedure that would work on patients just like yourself. You need an in person examination to confirm these statements.

You've already tried non invasive measures.  You may not be ready for a full facelift, but if you're obsessed with this problem, you may want to consider a necklift to address this area in order to get long term results.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  You could either continue botox treatments, or if you would like a better solution, a mini necklift could be helpful.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

For patients who are younger and have good skin contour like you, I'm often able to solve this problem with the use of Botox injections.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified.  I've attached a link where you can start your search.

A early platysma  band can be treated with Botox, but it is only temporary. A platysma plasty procedure can accomplish tightening the platysma muscle after any fatty deposits are removed in the neck. If the skin tone in the neck is poor, a  neck lift  with skin removal will be required.
