Answer: I have a platysma band and/or some loose skin under my chin. A early platysma band can be treated with Botox, but it is only temporary. A platysma plasty procedure can accomplish tightening the platysma muscle after any fatty deposits are removed in the neck. If the skin tone in the neck is poor, a neck lift with skin removal will be required.
