Hey guys, I have a question about my sloping jawline. My chin projection is normal and there is no excess fat - this was confirmed already by another surgeon. Also I'm only 18 so skin elasticity is not an issue. I just have a very low hyoid/larynx and no cervicomental angle. Is there anything that can be done from what you guys see in this picture? Thanks
