size 32, each 100 cc’s of fat transfer or implant corresponds to 1 cup size
change.  If you want a B or C, this may
be possible using fat transfers. 
However, it appears your breasts are descending and pointing
outward.  You may benefit from a
simultaneous breast lift.  This can be
done with either a concentric incision around the areola or a concentric and
inframammary incision using The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating
upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and
more medial to increase your cleavage. 
Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed

Thank you for your question. It is difficult to make a recommendation about size of implants without a proper consultation. Many board certified plastic surgeons offer technology that can do 3D simulation breast imaging so patients can view outcomes not only related to their breasts, but to the entire body as well. I recommend discussing these options with your board certified plastic surgeon, who can individualize your treatment plan.

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based on your photo I see that you are a good candidate for a breast lift with implant in your case would be ideal 350 cc of silicone implants to get a profile and projection. Ideally, you should be consulted with your certified plastic surgeon and consult with him or her regarding everything related to the case.

Klalexander519.   I try to tailor each breast augmentation operation to my patient's desires and body type. There are pros and cons regarding saline and silicone implants, fat transfer and patient anatomy and preference play a role in selection. The same is true regarding implant projection. Implants appear to be the best option for you.Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon and go to your consult with all your questions written down so you don't forget to ask something. You would be a good candidate for fat transfer breast augmentation.  Fat is generally taken from the abdomen, flanks, or thighs using liposuction.  The fat is then carefully processed before injecting it into the breast.

Fat transfer can augment and improve the shape of the breast if a minimal size increase is desired. A significant increase in breast size will likely require an implant.  Choosing the new size of your breasts is a detailed process that  is based on many factors. Tissue quality, chest wall and breast dimensions play a significant role in deciding what size would be most appropriate for you.  Your desired size requires a detailed discussion between you and your surgeon before the implant size can be decided upon. for a breast augmentation.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.  This entire surgery
can be performed with a small incision technique.  Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Dear Klalexander519,Breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. Hello and thank you for your question. With the goal to increase your cup size as mentioned, I think the best operation would be breast augmentation with silicone implants. I think it would be more difficult to obtain the results you want with fat grafting alone. An implant placed in the sub pectoral position should have little consequences on your ability to breast feed. That being said, there are patients who cannot breast feed at baseline, whether they have had breast surgery or not. Hope this helps

There are several variables to be considered when answering this questionquest It is always difficult to make a diagnosis based on photos alone, however, an augmentation with a smooth round silicone implant could acheive the results you request. When you meet with a board certified plastic surgeon, they will perform a set of measurements that will help determine what size of implants will fit your body.  I hope this is helpful
