Apart of me want fat transfer surgery, but I'm worried about whether it will mess with my breast glands that allow me to breastfeed in the future and/or give me cancer. I truly want to go up a size or 2, but don't want it to ruin my livelihood or motherhood years from now.

Many board certified plastic surgeons offer technology that can do 3D simulation breast imaging so patients can view outcomes not only related to their breasts, but to the entire body as well. Answer: I am a 32A, and want to move up to a 34B or 34C. hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based on your photo I see that you are a good candidate for a breast lift with implant in your case would be ideal 350 cc of silicone implants to get a profile and projection. Ideally, you should be consulted with your certified plastic surgeon and consult with him or her regarding everything related to the case.
