Head recipient area Scalp stretched by flexing forehead one day after FUE hair transplant

I inadvertently stretched my head scalp where hair had been transplanted last night, while lifting the vacuum cleaner. I see no actual bleeding but felt the stretch as I twisted around with the vacuum. Could that dislodge the newly transplanted follicles in their new home?
