Why haven't my gyno gone away and does it get bigger before it go down?

You need to give yourself atleast 5-8 weeks time before you start appreciating the results of a gynaecomastia surgery. Be patient till then, follow your surgeons advice and then enjoy your new looks

It sounds like you have had surgery already? correct?If so how long ago? Was your gland removed or just fat(lipo)?Things should be getting better by a month post op............if not check with your doctor.Hope this helps
