Would fillers in nose bridge work for a bulbous tip? (Photos)

I have seen examples of fillers where a wide tip can be made to look narrower. I have also seen examples where patients underlying wideness gets worse. In our practice, that we treat a wide nasal tip with rhinoplasty surgery. Thank you for this question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Careful placement of dermal filler into the dorsum of your nose will help balance the nasal dorsum with your nasal tip.  Fillers injected directly into your nasal tip will not create a smaller appearing tip but could help better define your nasal tip so that it does not appear as bulbous as it does in isolation.  Careful planning with a skilled rhinoplasty surgeon and injector will be a great benefit for you.  care

A nonsurgical rhinoplasty is wonderful technique to camouflage irregularities, dents, humps, and bumps of the nose, but it won't make your nose appear smaller. Your nose could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements in symmetry, shape and profile. You can bring photos of noses that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed. When you meet with a facial plastic surgeon, he or she will consider your nose in balance with your other features and can over the cost of the procedure. I hope this helps.
