Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide and droopy tip, and a small dorsal hump. Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for tip narrowing and hump removal. In general, when we narrow somebody's bulbous nasal tip, alar creases will deepen. I am not aware of any non-surgical procedure to create this effect. Thank you for your question. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

A nonsurgical rhinoplasty is wonderful technique to camouflage irregularities, dents, humps, and bumps of the nose, but it won't make your nose appear smaller. Your nose could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements in symmetry, shape and profile. You can bring photos of noses that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed. When you meet with a facial plastic surgeon, he or she will consider your nose in balance with your other features and can over the cost of the procedure. I hope this helps.
