My rhinoplasty unfortunately left me with a pinched tip. My nostrils look way too small. I want the tip to look larger and the nostrils more spread out like the photo. Is this possible? If so what procedures do I ask for? Thanks

We can see that you have significant nostril retraction on both sides and loss of volume on the outer portion of your nasal tip on both sides. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for achieving a less operated nasal tip appearance and for lowering the retraction of your nostrils. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Fillers such as Restylane Lyft should be able to reduce the "pinched" effect and provide a more smooth transition to the nostrils.  However, it will not likely spread out the nostrils or increase their width.

fillers can help a little but not enough, IMO.  to give you the results you show,  I think you need a secondary rhinoplasty with cartilage grafts to reconstruct the ala. This is expert level surgery and should only be done by someone with a LOT of experience in secondary rhinoplasty. Ask to see pictures of corrections of noses similar to yours.
