3 months after my non surgical rhinoplasty and my nose is back to normal. Was told it would last 12-18 months. Advice?

Every patient is different and results vary, so it's not easy to predict how long the product will last with every patient. Fillers are temporary solutions so it is likely that further treatments will be needed to maintain your results. I would suggest following up with your injector and expressing your concerns. I am really sorry to hear about what happened, this is a matter that comes up regularly and is not that uncommon. the problem is in how the product is marketed not just by the company but also by your injector it is important that the word used is clear, for instance i never tell a patient the products lasts 6 months, that is simply misinformation, the manufacturer encourages the word "Up To" to present that the product may last that long but not entirely and certainly not definitely. I have never heard of anyone charging a fee to bank botox. It is simply not advisable. I would suggest you find a new injector, not because they misinformed you but patients that are content with their doctors and injectors get better results. Hope this helps.
