I originally received lipo when I requested a tummy tuck. They told me my excess skin from 2 c-sections should go back to normal. It didnt and i was left with skin still. 10 months later i had gotten a full tummy tuck with muscle repair. I waiting to assure it wasn't normal swelling from healing but i always get this pain above my belly button when i use the muscle and bulging on the right side. This occurs often. Some days im flat others its really deformed and big.

Some degree of numbness is common at one year after a tummy tuck. The sensitivity you describe should be resolved by this point. I would discuss that with your operating surgeon in order to get their evaluation and opinion.

Every surgeon has their own recommendations about tummy tuck recovery, and in my practice patients do not have to get any special equipment. The compression garment or binder is provided and we place it on the patient at the end of the surgery to make sure the fit is right.

It is possibly to get a tummy tuck if you are a plus size lady. Your expectations must be realistic. In larger size patients it is difficult to get a flatter abdomen because of the intra-abdominal fat.
