Do I have to get fat inserted into my gluteus muscles during my BBL surgery?

Superficial injection is certainly possible, and it may offer a smaller risk for fat emboli.  I would make sure that you see many before and after pictures of high

Injecting fat under the muscle is dangerous and carries many health risks. This is why no doctor should incur in this practice.

This depends on the amount of fat grafted. I usually start grafting all over the muscle to reshape the buttocks, if more is needed then i continue to graft in the muscle. for a graft to prevail, it has a limit of the amount grafted. if you inject more than the area accepts it will simple be lost. I have a simple Surgery selection criteria for Buttocks augmentation, Shape.If you like the shape of your Buttocks, then implants will always be the best, and more lasting solution.If you want to reshape your buttocks, in my hands Fat is the best option.If you want to reshape and augment and you have enough fat, then a BBL will be enough, but if you don't have enough fat, we will use the fat available to reshape and Implants to augment.I, like a few other colleagues offer online consultations where you send us your photos and we can estimate the cost.
