I was wondering, do I have to get fat inserted into my gluteus muscles during my BBL surgery? I can only imagine how much more painful that makes the recovery. Muscle tissue has more of a connection with nervous tissue right? I don't want to have stab wounds in my muscle. What's wrong with inserting all of it superficial to the gluteus?
