Thanks for your question. Recovery from liposuction and BBL is usually 1-2 weeks. Patients may experience bruising and tenderness in the areas where liposuction was performed with very little pain on the actual buttocks. After two weeks, you can resume exercise or usual activities.
Having a high volume of Brazilian Butt Lifts, I recommend patients avoid sitting for two weeks with good results. The reason for not sitting is to optimize blood flow to the fat grafts, by two weeks the fat grafts would have already taken.

I recommend my patients not to sit for more than 30 mins. every two hours, for the first 2 weeks, and always with the help of a boppy pillow. You are a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction to the back and flanks can be done and transferred to the buttocks. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Currently there is no existing filler that is safe to use in your buttocks to enhance size except your own fat. I'm not sure what plastic surgeon would take on this risk. You would need to have it removed. Best of luck.
