Is it possible to perform a BBL in a patient that had silicone injected and has NOT had problems/complications? (photo)

I had silicon 1000 injections earlier this year & I'm interested in a bbl. I haven't had complications but I am wondering if I am still a candidate? Should I remove the silicone & then replace it with the fat or would it be better to just add the fat in the problem places? I know that I would benefit from the lipo alone but I am still lacking some volume & projection and would like to correct those issues w/out having to go the same route. Any advice quotes etc etc would be appreciated.
