I am looking to rid of my fat under my chin/jawline. I have considered Belkyra, Exilis and CoolSculpting. I do not wish to get a chin implant at all. What treatment would give me the best results and why?

Hello and thank you for your question. I think your best bet would be to have the Morpheus8 treatment done. It's microneedling with radio frequency which helps to dissolve fat and contour the jaw.

Kybella is good for dissolving the submental fat under the chin area while contouring the jawline and making the chin more defined, but a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with non-invasive options. I recommend a combination approach with Thermage, Ultherapy, and Exilis.If you want to project the chin without an implant, you might consider a non-surgical chin augmentation treatment with injectable fillers like Radiesse, Revanesse Versa, and Sculptra.

Hello there,
     I would recommend Coolsculpting of the three treatments mentioned. I would not recommend exilis alone, as it does not melt much fat. It is difficult to recommend treatments without assessing your tissue, but a combination is usually best for this area. I would recommend targeting the fat with either Coolsculpting or Kybella, and then tightening the skin with either Ultherapy or Exilis Ultra.

Hi and thank you for your question! It appears cool mini would be a great option for you! We have had more success with cool mini treating this area than any other technology. The practice would have to assess you to see how many cycles would be needed per treatment. Most patients are two cycles per treatment, and 2 treatments. Since we have been pairing our Coolsculpt treatments with Alastin's Transform Body cream, we have been seeing much more dramatic and quicker results. I think you would be very happy with the choice! Thank you for your question and pictures. We have seen amazing results with CoolSculting and Belkyra ( Kybella in US ) for the treatment of submental fat, aka the double chin. Not all patients will be a good candidate for CoolSculpting and for some their double chin will not fit into the CoolSculpting applicator called the CoolMini. For both treatments, CoolSculpting and Belkyra, a series of treatments is usually necessary for optimal results. I recommend consulting with a CoolSculpting and Belkyra certified practice in your area.
