Vertical ear lift - is it possible to raise low set ears with surgery?

I was wondering if there was any surgery to vertically lift the ear, my ears are low set, being just set whwre the lower eye lid is, i was wondering if there was any surgical or non surgical way to lift the ear or pull up the ear so that it is lifted into the ideal vertical postion between the eyebrows and the nose, because at the moment it looks like they sag far below the nose.

Cauliflower ear is when somebody gets a hematoma in their ear and does not have it drained promptly. That will lead to gnarly scar tissue that is firm to the touch, and sometimes it can resemble cauliflower if it is diffuse. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

It is not designed to decrease the distance from the top of the ear to the bottom of the ear. Since we do not see a frontal photo on you, it is difficult to determine whether or not you might be a suitable candidate for otoplasty surgery. Based on what we see, the circled red area appears to show a place where your surgeon may have cut your ear cartilage to get a desired result. When your ear is left alone, without holding it, this is barely seen. In that regard, it might be best to just leave this alone, if you could live with...

In all likelihood, you had a cartilage splitting incision that led to the c-shaped appearance of your anti-helix, which is somewhat sharp. An examination would be necessary, however, if you're concern is the cartilage edge, consider microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections to permanently soften it....
