Internal scarring front side of ear, which appears misplaced and extends into the conchal bowl. Can this line be fixed? (Photos)

I had an otoplasty more than three years ago. Unfortunately, the result didn’t turn out well and I have developed several problems, such as scarring on the back of the ear and chronic pain. I have also noticed internal scarring on the front side of the ear, which appears misplaced and extends into the conchal bowl. I understand that these complications are something I will have to live with, but I would like to know why this line developed. Could it be due to tension and poor healing combined with a misplaced incision? It also seems rare, since I haven’t found much information online. The surgery was performed by a hospital surgeon using the traditional technique with resorbable sutures.
