How can I fix my pointed ear? (Photos)

Question

My left ear is fine and normal, but my right ear has a point that i’ve hated for awhile. What could I get done to have this fixed? And is it a risky surgery? Any advice would be helpful please

I would recommend seeking consultation with a surgeon who performs otoplasty procedures. Based on the pictures you provided, I would say that the shape of the ear is most consistent with what is called a "Stahl ear" deformity. In that condition, that is excess cartilage in the upper part of the ear that prevents the helix from forming the usual rounded shape.
Assuming that you have no significant medical issues, the surgery to correct this is not terribly risky, but your surgeon will certainly review all of the risks and benefits of the surgery with you.

Traditional otoplasty procedures are designed to repair outstanding ears, that stick out too far. You have a slight deformity along your helical rim, and I can understand that this is bothersome, however, since nobody sees both ears at the same time, and since there are no reproducible techniques for repairing this, I would consider leaving it alone.
