I have always been self conscious of my ears. One of the major reason why I hate wearing my hair up and prefer to wear my hair down to hide them. One side pops out more than the other. I feel as thought they are big and long. And looking from the side of my face they look slanted. Can they be pinned? Reshaped to be smaller also straighten as well ? Also what is the estimate for an otoplasty ?

Your ears can be made straighter, moved closed to your head and made more symmetrical with a standard otoplasty performed under local anesthesia.  It requires more than a standard otoplasty to decrease the size of the ears, ie, the distance from the top of the ear to the bottom of the earlobe.  You should have a consult with a plastic surgeon to discuss this in detail.  Pricing for an otoplasty depends on your location and the surgeon.  Best wishes.

Unfortunately, you have not provided a frontal view. From the limited photographs, it appears the fold is inadequate in the areas protruding mostly the top portion. An otoplasty takes about 1 to 1 1/2 hours tp perform under under local anesthesia and costs $4,000.
