Yes, an otoplasty (ear surgery) can address protruding ears, reduce the size of large ears, and correct asymmetry, effectively "pinning" them closer to the head for a more balanced and proportionate appearance. It reshapes the ear's cartilage to improve its overall position, shape, and proportion to the face, which can also make ears appear "straighter" by correcting their prominence

ears, like all paired structures, are going to be to some degree asymmetric. if you really feel like one sticks out a lot more than the other, then yes you can try to get an otoplasty to try to even it out more, but i would not go into it expecting 100% symmetry. I don't think they look particularly too big/long/slanted/etc.

Your ears can be made straighter, moved closed to your head and made more symmetrical with a standard otoplasty performed under local anesthesia. It requires more than a standard otoplasty to decrease the size of the ears, ie, the distance from the top of the ear to the bottom of the earlobe. You should have a consult with a plastic surgeon to discuss this in detail. Pricing for an otoplasty depends on your location and the surgeon. Best wishes.

Unfortunately, you have not provided a frontal view. From the limited photographs, it appears the fold is inadequate in the areas protruding mostly the top portion. An otoplasty takes about 1 to 1 1/2 hours tp perform under under local anesthesia and costs $4,000.
