380cc on top replaced 450cc on top, round Motiva i had a explant with a revision ,Last night was another restless sleep for me, the pain was unbearable . I can not go with out wearing a sports bra 24/7. I have to sleep on my back with pillows still holding up my right breast as it is still falling into my arm pit even with a full support bra ,yes my surgeon was a fully qualified verified plastic surgeon. I had surgery on the 2 august 2021 Did i have my pockets tightened ??? what went wrong with my explant revision surgery?

What can be done in the office will need to be discussed with your surgeon. However, naturally, your breasts sit somewhat low on your chest, and the base of your breast cannot be raised. You cannot have high round breasts.
