So if I am reading your post correctly, you had an explant- right? And now it is very painful? That definitely sounds odd and not normal, so you need to go back and find out where the pain is coming from.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

It is possible that your implants are too large and heavy for your tissue. One pocket is larger laterally which allows the implant to fall more to the side. This pocket can be tightened if you wish.
