Tip implant visible after rhinoplasty. Is this likely to become more prominent as the swelling decreases? (Photo)

I had a revision rhinoplasty a few weeks ago. I can see a circular outline where cartilage material was used in the tip. The left & right edges of the circle feel sharp & look like sharp points on my skin. I know it is early days after the surgery but I'm concerned that this may only become more prominent as the swelling decreases. Is that likely to be the case? & if so what are my options in the future?
