12 months post op Revision Rhinoplasty, am I still healing? (photos)

In general, it can take 18-24 months to see the final result of rhinoplasty. 70% of the healing is resolved after the first 3 months, and the remainder goes down gradually. It is important to be patient during the healing process, as it can take time. I would recommend speaking with your surgeon regarding any specific questions. After revision surgery the healing does take longer than if it was a primary surgery. That being said, usually at 12 months most of the swelling has gone down but there will be continued small refinements with the healing. I would discuss your thoughts with your surgeon and they should be able to explain what can be done to address those specific things. The stiffness is likely from a cartilage graft and may go down slightly, but will always be stiffer than the natural tissue without a graft. Best of luck
