Should I get a revision rhinoplasty or not worth it? (photo)

Had a rhinoplasty nearly two years ago. One side healed perfect and the other healed with a hard bump (either bone or callus not sure of the difference) needless to say it's there to stay. My surgeon's training is open only and so he suggests mainly to leave it be and be happy with my results OR if I insist on fixing anything he will have to re-break (in which case the bump could be worse next time). Is there a simple solution to somehow shave down the bump without redoing or is it worth it?
