My lower eyelids look different after transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty (with fat removal) because of hollowness under one eye that makes its lower eyelid look bulging. Is it possible to correct this? I've read about fillers but I've only seen them used in area under eyebags, when I need to fill medial part of former eyebag itself (I feel that it's almost edge of the bone under the orbit when I touch the there). Does it mean that it's not possible to correct? Please help.
