You have nice eyes - no negative canthal tilt, no negative vector. At most some periorbital fat grafting would be nice.

My point of view is be different, it would be a less aggressive approach in which I suggest you to think about non-surgical treatments to balance the infra ocular rim so that you can have an appeareance much more similar to what you want. Sadly, we live in a world where people are forced to choose their own surgery. Worse, eventually you may even find a surgeon who agrees to do what you requisition. I do not personally think an orbital rim implant is appropriate either. Caution is advised.
