Do I need orbital decompression to achieve my goal? (Photos)

I already had canthoplasty and plan to get an infraorbital rim implant. I don’t like that my eyes are round and have a lot of upper eyelid showing,. I wonder if I also need orbital decompression? Or can the issues be resolved with adding volume around the eye?
