Does anyone perform fat transfer to the scalp as well as the face?

Question

It is my observation that fat loss starts at the top of the head and not just in the face and neck. Replacement there as well as the face would tighten facial and neck skin.

It could be grafted to the scalp, and has a great  impact on the face/neck. Facial fat grafting along with lasers, RF treatments, ultherapy and fillers can all tighten and rejuvenate the neck and face. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Fat transfer to the scalp can be done just like in the face. But fat survival there is not as good as that of the face due to the tighter tissues. Fat grafting in the scalp will have no influence on tightening facial or neck skin, only facial fat gratifying can achieve that effect.
