Im 33 years old and have lost a few kilos over the last six months and had liposuction to my lower cheek and jawline. Im not sure if this procedure aged me or not but my nasolabial folds have become prominent and I have a weird bulge next to mouth on my left side. Would fat transfer to my face give me a more rested and fresh appearance?
I'm hoping to get a facial fat transfer to help restore lost volume in my face. I'm 31 and when I was in my early 20s I developed autoimmune disease (Sjogren's and psoriasis) and during a short period of time I lost a lot of volume specifically and only in my face. Can't prove it was the illnesses but it happened at the time of onset and never corrected. Curious if anyone has any experience with this procedure in autoimmune patients. The illnesses are chronic but can flare.
I'm considering facial fat grafting to deal with asymmetrical fat volumes on my face. This asymmetricity started after I had lipoma excision near my right nasolabial fold 10 years ago, and it seems to be more prominent as time goes by. My question is, what happens when transplanted adipocytes ends up with its lifespan under the condition that those are initially settled? I've seen doctors say it's permanent but in my knowledge the lifespan of a single adipocyte is about 10 years.
Hi! As Im aging, the muscles around my mouth are becoming more prominent in a way I dont like. During a consultation, I was told that this cant be fixed. Im only 26 years old. Im seeking a second opinion to find out if you agree or disagree with this assessment. What are the underlying issues, and what could be done?
I am 30 years old and I was born with narrow temples and prominent cheekbones. I have had ha filler and sculptra in the past to fill in my temples but it hasnt given me the look I would like to achieve. Is it possible to make my temples wider like in the 2nd edited photograph and if so what procedure would be best?
Im 27 and have struggled with my under-eye area for years. After fillers migrated to my tear trough, I had them dissolved, but the process caused an allergic reaction and leading to volume loss. Ive recently had lower skin bleph, and CO2 laser treatment, but my midface still sags, and I always hide behind glasses and hats. Im torn between letting go of the issue or trying fat transfer as a final solution. I need advice on whether to move on or consider further treatment.
I have a sunken eyes with a shortage of upper eyelid fat. It's genetic and that's what gives me a tired and elderly look. What is the best treatment for this? A fat grafting surgery? Or a fat injection? Pease help. I'm a 28 year old (female) and my problem isn't the extra upper eyelid fat as most people had but the opposite, a shortage of an upper eyelid fat.
Hello! I am not interested in fillers or botox. I have smile lines that seem to be genetic. I did lose 50 pounds about 10 years ago, but these did not show up until just this year. I am only 30 years old. All of my siblings even those younger than me have these too, so many they are genetic. Is this something i can fix by transferring fat to the area? price range? Or is a facelift needed. thank you
Female 30. I would like to remove some fat to define my face more and perhaps add some of that volume higher up. Is buffalo fat pad or facial fat grafting suitable? I dont want anything dramatic, but not have it sticking out like it is today and perhaps a little volume further up is more sustainable than fillers. I have a small and delicate face. Those in my family with similar feature will have this fat going downwards as they age as well as under the chin.
