I have noticed, mostly when tanned in the past, I have some spots on my legs (mainly) and arms that stay lighter. I believe it could be (natural) hypopigmentation. I would like to get ILP treatments...specifically, BBL Forever Young. I have freckles that I would like to reduce or eliminate. Am I at high risk...is there a better option for my goals? Any suggestions? Thank you for your time and help.

I would not use IPL OR BBL to treat rosacea. V Beam vascular laser is best. This should be combined with low percentage HQ and 1064 QSL lasers, stay safe. I agree that IPL or BBL has a good chance of flaring rosacea even if the correct filter is used. Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
