Had BBL Laser on my face and lower eyes 2 months ago and my eyes are horrible! I have severe bags and dark circles I never had.

It is very hard to tell what is going on without at least a picture posted, or even better an in person consultation.  However, I think it is highly unlikely that a BBL procedure, if done properly without immediate complication such a burns, would cause such side effects 2 months later. It is highly likely that you have something else happening simultaneously that is making you associated it with the BBL.  I would see your primary care physician or the physician who did the BBL for an evaluation.  I've been doing BBL 5 years and have not seen anything happen like what you are describing at 2 months post treatment.  Best of luck figuring this out,  Dr. Giordano
