Why is my pain getting worse in liposuction / fat harvesting area? Infection? Prior Silicone disturbed? Muscle damage? (Photo)

8 days ago I had fat transfer harvested from my inner thighs. This area was previously injected with silicone filler but since I put on weight the doctor sucked out the fat portion. 4 days ago it started hurting progressively worse. Feels like muscle pain. No fever. Area isn't warm. No pain sitting but extreme pain standing. Yesterday my doctor gave me another round of antibiotics. I also take Cellcept for an autoimmune disorder. My other leg doesn't hurt at all now. Looking for second option.
