I had surgery Dec 18 I use to be a 38 A. My implant size is 533 cc's I really like my size but I am looking for a natural fold since I didn't not have a fold pre op. Will my breast sag and settle with time creating a bit of a fold? Anything I can do to speed up the process? How long does it take for breast to settle? Could this be my final results? There are pictures attached thanks

If it sounds too good to be true - it probably is... Unfortunately, I am unaware of any breast enlargement pumps that actually work - at least in the long run. Better to save up for surgery and skip this step! Best of luck!

That implant size is pretty large and your breasts look like they're slightly saggy, which means that within a short time, you'll be wanting a breast lift. The rate of sagging will only accelerate if you go over the muscle without a lift.
