Will my breasts settle with time or is this my final results? (Photo)

Question

I had surgery Dec 18 I use to be a 38 A. My implant size is 533 cc's I really like my size but I am looking for a natural fold since I didn't not have a fold pre op. Will my breast sag and settle with time creating a bit of a fold? Anything I can do to speed up the process? How long does it take for breast to settle? Could this be my final results? There are pictures attached thanks

Thank you for your question and photos.  Your breasts will undergo subtle changes over the weeks to months after surgery.  As the skin stretches out, the implants send to settle a little bit.  There is nothing you can do to hasten this process.  Give it time, stay in contact with your surgeon, he or she can help guide you through the recovery process.Best of luck.

Thank you for your pictures.  Breast augmentation only increases what you naturally have. Since you did not have a crease prior to surgery then after surgery your crease will be less distinctive.Dr. ES

This appears as a final result. Since you are wide shouldered you may consider even a larger cc implant like in 800 cc range. If you than are exchanging I might try to form an infra mammary crease with an internal suture threading...

Your result looks good at this point.  There can always be alteration in the appearance of the result as more time passes.  Looks good so far.In breast augmentation I have chosen to spend time reviewing
photographs with patients to fully understand their expectation of size and
shape.  Many times this simply raises
more questions.  I will make measurements
