It is best to have your body to fully return to its pre-pregnancy state.  Once you are sleeping better and feel completely recovered from the pregnancy/caring for an infant then you will be ready to heal from surgery.  

There may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure ( quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider… are some of the potential variables involved. In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.

It is best to be close to your pre-pregnancy weight and to be fairly certain that all the pregnancy induced changes in the breasts have stabilized. Several things for you to consider. You need to have stop lactating, you need to be back to a stable weight, and you need to be sure that your breasts have returned to baseline. Usually this is 3 to 6 months. As for costs, you will need to see a board certified plastic surgeon, decide exactly what combination of procedures you need and then you can get an accurate price.
