I am traveling after hair transplant in 3 days, and I have a bag which weighs 50 pounds. Will this damage the FUE?

Dear Sam919191,Thank you for posting this question. I would first ask your surgeon or the facility staff, as this is a pre-operative question for them. That being said, you should have no problems 3 days following a an FUE surgery. I'd avoid bending deeply at the waist, however. You should be able to exercise including lifting a 50 pound bag the day of your FUE procedure.  Many will tell you to wait, but I have patients that go to the gym the same day without any problems.  Just don't touch the grafted area and you should be fine.  

At 3 days post-op you will be fine with lifting and carrying your bag as well as travel. Just be cautious of how you lift...do not bend over to lift....use your legs to crouch and pick up. 

Yes, you can lift 50 pounds after a three day course of FUE.  The grafts will not pop nor should the wound bleed
