Can I straighten my hair 1 year after FUE hair transplant?

Hello i would like to know if its ok to do "organic" hair straighten for my "new" year, and if there is sny possibility to do any damage to my transplanted hair. I will do it at salon, and not by my own.

I would not advise straightening your hair after hair transplantation. This can make the hair look thinner and also can sometimes contribute to hair loss. All The Best !

There should be no problem straightening your hair one year post-op, but keep in mind two issues:1. Many chemical straighteners harm hair, and the strong base used in these chemicals can contribute to hair loss.2. Having some curl to the hair contributes to the illusion of density, and by straightening the hair it will likely look thinner.

Once you reach a month post-op you can treat your transplanted hair the same as your regular hair. Straightening, curling, etc. are all fine to do at this point.
