I was told by my doctor that I could clean my beard now if any scabs/crust remain which there are a good amount still. I'm just afraid for any of the hairs to be pulled out if I mess with my beard area too much. I've just been dabbing with a wet watered napkin all over. Will the crusts and scabs go away on it's own or do you all just recommend for me to find a way to remove the scabs/crusts? Any specific methods? I don't want to ruin the hair growth, so I'd appreciate specifics on what to do.
