I am a 28 year old 125lb female who has had 2 children in the past 8 years. I am at my ideal weight and very active in the gym (5x a week). I am very unhappy with my lower tummy excess skin but am not sure if a full TT would be needed to get rid of the extra skin. I am also wanting a breast augmentation to fill my breasts and hopefully eliminate some of the sagginess that occurred during childbearing and breast feeding but without going too big. Suggestions please? I am new to this!

Your breast skin shows stretch marks, indicating reduced skin elasticity, as well as some ptosis of your breasts. Adding the additional weight of an implant to the breast would likely cause your breasts to descend more. Therefore a breast augmentation with a breast lift would elevate your breasts to a better position and tighten the skin over the implant, giving you with a more youthful, uplifted breast. The size of your implant would be decided between you and your plastic surgeon. Your abdominal skin also has stretch marks with loose skin below and above your belly button. A full tummy tuck, with repair of your muscles would address this most effectively. As always, an in person physical examination would help to determine exactly if these would be achievable.
