I am now 5'4 and 194lbs. I am asking will Lipo 360, J Plasma (skin tightening), and breast reduction give me a better look? I am not wanting at this time a TT. I have heard that smart lipo or large volume lipo would work. Would you give me your best advice for something now?
Answer: Would lipo360, J plasma work for me? Hello. From your photos it seem to me that you have excess skin on your tummy. No matter the type, liposuction will only treat excess skin. Some types of lipo help with skin retraction, but not to the point of avoiding a TT when one is needed. Your excess skin will only get worst with lipo, no matter how smart or aggressive it is. If you are looking to get the best results possible, the a TT is your only option. A TT can always be combined with lipo and other procedures, but lipo alone will not give you a better look.... quite the opposite. So, my most sincere advice is, to avoid liposuction until you are ready for the tummy tuck.If you are afraid of the scar or the recovery process, you could always contact the PS of your choice, discuss your concerns.Best of luck,

Answer: Considering options From your photos it appears you are a good candidate for a breast reduction. This would raise the nipple position, remove some volume and the excess skin. The result will be smaller, more lifted breasts. It does not appear that you are a good candidate for liposuction alone. A tummy tuck would be needed to give you improved abdominal contours. Liposuction, even with J Plasma added would still leave you with loose, hanging skin.

Answer: Lipo for now... Thanks for sharing your pics. As a doctor who offers J-Plasma (now called Renuvion) I can give you my best advice. I understand that you don't want to have a tummy tuck at this time. That's fine, but you need to know that choosing not to have a tummy tuck will limit your results. Renuvion (J-Plasma) will never be the same as a tummy tuck. If that were the case we would never do tummy tucks. Still, you can expect a nice improvement in your body contour with lipo. I would recommend Renuvion for you upper back where there is a smaller amount of excess and the Renuvion would tighten the skin and smooth the contour nicely. As for your breasts, you are definitely a good candidate for breast reduction. You should check out my Instagram @drrubinstein for some before and after examples and my story to see live surgery and possibly watch Renuvion being done. You can also check out my IG @plastcisurgerytruths for more good info about plastic surgery. I wish you the best of luck in your journey.

Answer: The Bellesoma Method for reduction For you breasts, I recommend The Bellesoma Method to reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. After this, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement if you are not planning on future pregnancies. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure while compressing the abdominal wall, which results in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. After this, you can consider liposuction. I do not believe skin tightening procedures are effective. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Would lipo360, J plasma (skin tightening), and breast reduction give me a better look? hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based on the photos shown and the angles, I see that you are a good candidate for tummy tuck, beast lift without implant and full back liposuction and bbl.in your case for the breasts the ideal is that you apply to inverted T technique for good lifting and projection.my recommendation is a consultation in person with a certified plastic surgeon.
