I am two weeks out from total hip replacement (anterior approach) and healing fast. I and want to have Sculptra facial injections. The surgeon's PA said to wait three months, a dermatologist said its oaky. "no problem" just make sure injection site is clean. I would appreciate a clear, concise answer that possibly stems from experience as opposed to guessing. is there any information or research on infected artificial joints from facial fillers especially Sculptra, Botox and Juvederm.

There really is no timeline that has been studied with regards to fillers about joint replacement surgery. However, there should not be a risk of infecting the hip replacement with filler injection on the face. If you are able to move and feel comfortable enough to sit for the filler treatment then I think you are fine to go ahead with filler treatment at this point 2 weeks after treatment.
