I had a revision rhinoplasty performed by a board certified plastic surgeon 2 years ago. I've booked 2 follow ups with him to address the scarring and the first time he was able to acknowledge the problem and prescribed desonide cream. Now he is telling me that it looks barely visible and that i should get more sunlight to fix it. I work 68hrs/wk in the sun. What are my options to correct this? Would I be wasting my time trying to work with this person further?
