It may be that your pictures are not the best quality, but this is actually a very well-healed scar, especially in a revision rhinoplasty because that skin there is already tenuous. I would absolutely leave it alone because I doubt anyone can see it unless they are looking up your nose like this. With all surgeries, you are unfortunately creating a scar so you have to accept that there will be one there, no matter what, and this is a pretty good one. Now I can't tell if maybe it's a little lumpy/has textural issues - if that's the case, you could consider something like microneedling. If it's the pigment, you could consider light laser treatments, but I would be cautious not to further aggravate skin in this area as this is the tightest juncture of your surgery and is at highest risk for complications like necrosis. I would leave it alone if I were you.
