Rhinoplasty revision - honest opinions on the issue would be appreciated (Photos)

Question

As you can see from attached pics my rhinoplasty cannot be called a success. My surgeon is a hard man to pin down.. any honest opinions on this issue would be appreciated

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo the cartilage in your septum is dislocated and your nose looks like crooked to the one sie of your face. For get rid of this image and gain more elegant, natural looking nose I recommend you Revision Rhinoplasty surgery. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Based on your three photos, your left nostril appears to be higher than your right. You also appear to have a small asymmetry of your nostrils at the base view of your nose which is relatively inconsequential. If you're only concern about your nasal appearance is your nostril asymmetry on front view, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for lowering your left nostril for improved nostril symmetry. Hi there, I hope you are well. I can see why you are discontent about your surgery, it looks like your nose is rotated to the left and the tip has no projection nor definition. I believe you will maybe need a revision, however you should wait at least a year before you get it done, all the structures might be swollen and it takes about one year till you can finally see the result, so my advice is to wait, and then proceed, also try to talk to you surgeon so he can examinate you and help you choose the best option later on.
