Had revision rhinoplasty 8 months ago surgeon now retired referred to another consultant who said i need to wait 12 months as still healing but i do have reracted columellar ..rib graft showing on dorsal and im able to move it from side to side ..leaking constant fluid and mucus headaches eyes waterring and inside nose sore and becoming painful to touch any part of nose ive asked for 2nd opinionn and been referred to plastic surgeon but not getting 2nd opinion till september i cannot cope

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos you have a serious surgery defects due to your previous surgery. One side of your nose is collapsed and your columella have huge scar tissue. For treat the collapse nostrils and give you more healthy looking I suggest you revision rhinoplasty immediately. You appear to have significant indentations and irregularities of the base of your nose along with a visible piece of cartilage on the bridge. Since you are 8 months post-operative, dealing with this can be discussed at this stage of the game.
