Hello, Last year, I underwent a rhinoplasty and although I am pleased with the bridge and tip of my nose, I'm disappointed with the width of the sidewall bones. I believe they have been left too wide, and it doesn't look appealing to me. It's worth noting that from frontal and side pictures, this issue might not be glaringly evident. My initial surgeon downplayed my concerns. My primary goal is to have these bones narrowed, but I'm uncertain if my expectations are realistic
