Nose too small/narrow/thin after primary rhinoplasty. Can I get my ethnic nose back? (photos)

I had a rhinoplasty a few months back and the doctor performed lateral osteotomy, a little bit of hump removal, alarplasty reduction, and tip plasty with my own ear cartilage. My side view looks good but my front is very narrow and small compared to my birth nose. I dont recognize myself on the mirror as I look completely different. Im seekinf out for revision. Will it be possible to get a bit of my old ethnic nose back? I truly regret having it done
