Is this cartilage collapse and roof deformity? (Photo)

It cannot solved with injection because it is a surgery defect. It can be solved only revision rhinoplasty surgery. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. A steroid shot in the tip would not cause irregularities up higher in the bridge. As swelling goes down over many months, small irregularities can become more noticeable. These are best treated with fillers first, to see how it would look. And then silicone can be placed for a permanent result if you liked it. Be sure to see an expert injector for consultation.

Based on your photos, you appear to have an indentation along the left side wall of your nose and visible irregularities at the root of your nose. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for achieving a straighter nasal appearance and for camouflaging the bony irregularities. I hope this is helpful!
