Is a 10 month course of Accutane safe? Can Accutane make you break out in places you typically wouldn't?

This is my second course of Accutane. I went on it with clear skin and was prescribed due to occasional large cysts that merited cortisone injections. My derm has been keeping me on it because im continually breaking out with rather small zits throughout the whole course. Is it possible that accutane is causing these small breakouts? I weighed 127 at the beginning of treatment and my weight has decreased (due to diet and excercise) to 110 over the months. 30, 60, 40, 40, 60, 60, 60, 60, 80, 80mg
